The latest product in DIGLAS integral business information system is DIGLAS Marina module developed to provide the efficient management of marina vessels reception desk.

Marina module is integrated with DIGLAS Inventory accounting/Accounting and financials modules, which allows numerous functionalities.

Data register:

• Types of visas, travel documents, border crossings, sea berths, types of vessels, types of rental, types of customers
• Information on vessels: name, flag, registration, port of registry, length, breadth, air draft, brand, builder, information on engine, register of present and all previous owners
• Price formation considering the vessels length and the type of rental (annual, monthly, daily)
• Prompt registration of exchange rate movements

Berth rental

Reception desk employee has an efficient and user friendly software, so he can make or cancel the reservation quickly and effortlessly, just by selecting the desired position/berth.

A brief and concise overview can be obtained for each berth (occupancy, vessel, owner, period of usage).

General overview is available using the detailed map of the marina, that gives complete information on occupancy for each jetty and its berths.

Berth rental is possible on following levels:

• Annual rental
• Monthly rental
• Daily rental/ transit

Three types of contracts can be entered for vessels (annual, monthly, daily), each of them is linked to the related price list.

Information on the vessel, vessels route (berth mark and number) and crew is entered into the contract. By entering information on crew members, they are automatically entered into guests register of domestic or foreign guests. Information from foreign guests register can be transferred to Ministry of the Interior.

Invoicing

After entering all the required data the invoice can be issued to the customer who is not necessarily the owner of the vessel. Vessels are often owned by leasing companies, and the invoices are settled by users.
In order to issue an invoice the cost bearer must be entered. Based on the document date the valid exchange rate is acquired and the invoice is generated.
Considering the given document type, all the postings are performed and transferred automatically to the Accounting module.

Reports - DIGLAS Marina module contains numerous reports indispensable for internal reporting, as well as the ones required by the authorities.
