To meet the needs of production companies microlab has developed Production module and Quality control module.

Production module ensures tracking of the production process from defining the production plan, generating the purchase plan, generating orders to vendors according to purchase contracts, up to the final production orders calculation.

Beside the operative monthly plan, years plan is available. From this plan the tangible balance can be obtained, and it is used as comparative value for tracking operative monthly plans realization.

Numerous reports are available in order to track realization and economy of production process and materials consumption.

More standards (BoMs) can be defined for each product, and choose one of them in the production order. Standards can have unlimited number of levels (final product -> intermediate goods -> ...), each of them containing its own standard.

Production orders can be posted by defined posting schemes. Postings can be transferred to general ledger automatically.

Production system is regarded as a process continuously improving its organization, leading to ever higher product quality.

Quality evaluation is imperative in the product development, so there is Quality control module to ensure the required quality standards throughout development process.
